Hey Michelle for the truth about gay marriage check out our trailer. Produced to educate & defuse the controversy it has a way of opening closed minds & creates an interesting spin on the issue: www.OUTTAKEonline.com

Charlotte,
Thanks for stopping by my blog. I got your comment right as I am walking out the door. When I get back I will read your blog. The answer seems so simple to me and maybe we are on the same path...I don't know yet (until I read your blog). Thanks for the link, I look forward to it.

Is everyone afraid to say their opinion? I'm not, here's mine.

I think that gay people should be allowed to have civil unions for next-of-kin etc purposes. But I don't think it should be called marriage.

I'm an old fashioned girl and I think marriage is a union between a man and a woman under the eyes of God.

I will leave my opinion too, i think everyone should have the same opportunity, although i think the same as Elise, it should not be called a marriage, more a civil partnership? I believe you can't help who you fall in love with, but everyone deserves to be in a comitted relationship!

Hi! I am straight but have a lot of gay friends. None of my straight friends can stay married, myself included, so why not let gay people have a shot? They have so much love. Oh, I added you to my list of my favorite blogs on my page. :)

Thanks to everyone adding their opinions. This is such a personal issue...one I've been afraid to articulate...but I've been writing about it (not blogging) and its been on my mind a lot lately.

Because families are defined by love not gender. Because hatred is not a family value. Because equal rights are not special rights.

(Rastro???)
Well, some good points on the YouTube video but I'd have to say that the sarcasm ruins it for me. (I know, this coming from the Queen of Sarcasm). I would have approached it differently I think.
