It was Fate!

I just got off the phone with a nice man in India that works for Symantec. He solved all my problems. As soon as he told me his name I knew it was meant to be! His name was Balu. Why is that so special you ask? Well, around my house Balu means "I love you." When Cami was a baby she couldn't say I love you...it always came out "balu" so that's what we said. And now Balu has cured my virus! Balu Balu!
